How does the process work when I hire you for a project?
Answer: Depending on how large the project is, the process often begins with an initial Zoom meeting where we discuss your needs and goals with the project. We then prepare a proposal that includes a timeline, cost estimate and a plan for implementation. After approval, work begins and we will keep you regularly updated until the project is completed. If it is a smaller project, for example that a logo needs to be developed or that you need help with the translation of a document, then we can usually manage all contact by e-mail.
Do you offer package solutions for small businesses?
Answer: Yes, we offer flexible package solutions that are tailored to the unique needs and budget of small businesses. These may include combinations of logo and graphic profile creation and other services. Contact us to discuss what is best for your business.
Can you handle urgent projects?
Answer: We understand that sometimes urgent needs arise and we strive to be as flexible as possible to meet these demands. We can handle urgent projects depending on our current workload. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to discuss your specific needs.
How do you handle privacy and confidentiality?
Answer: Confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. We are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before project start to protect your information and business data.
Do you offer services internationally?
Answer: Yes, although we are based in Sweden, we work with customers from all over the world. Our team is used to managing projects remotely and ensures that communication and delivery work smoothly regardless of geographic location.
How do I receive a quote?
Answer: You can request a quote by filling out our online form or by contacting us directly by email. We look forward to hearing about your project and how we can help.
What payment options are available?
Answer: We invoice you with a 15-day credit period after the project is completed.
